Facebook Data Deletion Instructions
At Fleet Flex, accessible from Fleet Flex, we respect your privacy and provide you with control over your personal data. If you have logged into our application using Facebook Login and wish to delete your account data, you can do so by following the instructions below.
Method 1: Remove App Access via Facebook Settings
You can disconnect our app from your Facebook account at any time, which revokes our access to your profile data:
- Go to your Facebook Account’s Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Scroll down and navigate to Apps and Websites.
- Locate and select Fleet Flex from the list of active apps.
- Click Remove to delete the app and revoke all permissions.
Method 2: Request Complete Data Deletion From Our Systems
If you want us to completely erase all account data and personal records associated with your login from our servers, you can submit a deletion request directly to us:
- Send an Email: Contact us at our support email address with the subject line “Facebook Data Deletion Request”.
- Provide Details: Include the name and the email address associated with your Facebook account login so we can locate your record.
- Processing Time: Once your request is received, we will verify your identity and completely delete your user profile and associated data from our database within 7 business days.
